Edwin Booth
(1906-1996) born in Beatrice, lived in Norfolk. Author
and businessman, published almost 50 Western novels, contributed
several short stories to anthologies, served as an officer in
Western Writers of America; at least thirty-eight of his books
were printed in foreign editions in Argentina, Canada, England,
Finland, Germany, Norway, Spain, and Sweden. Consult Oakland,
