Donald O. Clifton
(1924-2003) born at Butte, Boyd County, lived
in Lincoln. Educator, lecturer, corporation
executive, taught educational psychology for 19 years,
presented more than 3,000 seminars and lectures,
co-founded in 1969 Selection Research Incorporated to evaluate
potential executives for companies and organizations,
purchased in 1988 Gallup Organization, a public opinion
sampling firm with offices worldwide.
