Donald J. Cram
(1919-2001) lived in Lincoln. Chemist, co-recipient
of 1987 Nobel Prize in chemistry for his
part in “elucidating mechanisms of molecular recognition,
which are fundamental to enzymic catalysis, regulation,
and transport” and recipient of 1993 National Medal of
