Joseph C. Glenn
(1949- ) born at Lincoln, lived in Crete. College
football coach, his teams won NCAA
Division II national championships at the University of Northern
Colorado in 1996 and 1997 and a Division
I-AA national championship at the University of Montana in
2001, his record as a head coach at four colleges
for 21 seasons is 173 wins, 79 losses, and 1 tie; recipient
of national coach of the year honors in his division in
