Ann Cunningham Grandjean

(1940- ) lives in Omaha. Nutritionist, educator, author, co-founder of Center for Human Nutrition in Omaha, provides consultation to individuals and organizations, including U.S. Olympic Committee, serves on editorial board of several journals, has conducted research funded by more than 20 grants; author or co-author of more than 100 articles, books and chapters, book reviews, and abstracts, has presented by invitation more than 50 papers at conferences worldwide within the past ten years.
