Richard A. Moores
(1909-1986) born in Lincoln. Cartoonist, television producer,
writer, worked five years for Chester Gould, the creator of the
comic strip "Dick Tracy", worked for 14 years in comic
strip department of Walt Disney Studios, and was chief artist
and writer for syndicated comic strip "Gasoline Alley",
which appeared in 180 daily newspapers and 125 Sunday editions
