Nathan Roscoe Pound
(1870-1964) born in Lincoln. Botanist, lawyer, law professor,
theorist, dean of University of Nebraska College of Law, dean
of Harvard University Law School, sought procedural reform, completed
the five-volume Jurisprudence in 1959, the most comprehensive
