Rulon E. Gardner

(1971- ) lived in Lincoln. Athlete, won gold medal in super heavyweight division of Greco-Roman wrestling at 2000 Olympics and bronze medal in same event in 2004 Olympics; recipient of 2001 Sullivan Award, the United States’ highest award for amateur athletes.
