Sharon Kay Ritchie

(1937- ) born in McCook, lived in Grand Island. Entertainer, elected Miss America 1956, was first Miss Colorado to become Miss America, attended Colorado Woman's College, enjoyed an accomplished acting career in theatrical productions in New York City, Chicago, and Los Angeles, appeared in television commercials and in sitcoms.
