John Milton Roberts

(1916-1990) born in Omaha. Anthropologist, ethnologist, educator, developed the theory that all social institutions and cultural complexes have an emotional significance to the individual, redefined anthropology as "the science of cultural management", elected to National Academy of Sciences.
