Jorge A. Rodriguez

(1944- ) lived in Lincoln. Agronomist, researcher, statesman, politician, directed alfalfa genetics research and breeding in the Republic of Argentina, was a senator in Argentine Congress, served as President of Education Committee and Vice President of Science and Technology Committee, member of Argentine Cabinet as minister of education and agriculture, Chief of Cabinet of Ministers, a position equivalent to prime minister in Great Britain, has improved political relations with Chile, Great Britain, and the United States, resulting in improved international relations and commerce for Argentina.
