Wayne C. Lee

(1917- ) born near Lamar, Chase County, lives at Imperial. Author, rural mail carrier, has published over 50 Western novels, and more than 700 short stories, articles, three-act plays and serials; recipient of 1981 Historian of the Year Award from the High Plains Preservation of History Commission.
