Willis Reed Jr.
(1942- ) lived in Omaha. Professional basketball
player, coach, business executive, played eleven seasons for
New York Knicks, with NBA championships in 1970 and 1973 and
rank among top three scorers in team history, was head coach
at Creighton University from 1981 to 1985, head coach for professional
teams for three years, and became senior vice president of
professional team, elected to Naismith Memorial Basketball
