The mission of the Nebraska Press Association is to protect freedom of the press and to promote the overall business interests and professional development of its members.

NPAS Mission Statement

The mission of the Nebraska Press Advertising Service is to serve as an extension of each newspaper’s sales arm in a concentrated effort to increase regional and national advertising sales and to improve customer service. To accomplish this, NPAS implements and facilitates programs, projects and procedures that are mutually beneficial to its advertising customers and membership.

Since 1873, your Nebraska Press Association continually strives to protect the freedom of the press, and assist the goals of its members, friends, and partners, including newspapers, advertising agencies, and individuals across the state of Nebraska. As Nebraska's oldest trade organization, we are continuing that tradition in the 21st century, through our web site, which you see here.
